Whew. What a wild ride these past few weeks have been. So much has changed. So much. The world has been turned upside down. It's heartbreaking to hear of the individuals becoming sick or losing their lives. Millions of people have lost their jobs, their businesses and their incomes.
With the Illinois shelter-in-place mandate extending to the end of May, we are in uncharted territory. The small businesses are the backbone of our country, especially at the local level. One of the biggest concerns for our community is if small businesses can survive.
At Eccentrics, I believe the answer is yes. We are fighting for this business, and always brainstorming new and creative ways to engage with you. This is my dream come true, and I will not see it slip away. There have been good days and bad days. It has not been easy and there have definitely been tears. Being a small business owner is not for the faint of heart. So my heart goes out to everyone else in the same shoes. We are connected by this unprecedented experience and I'm cheering you on.

We strive to create an environment that is warm, welcoming and full of heart. Our storefront is temporarily closed, but we're bringing the dressing room experience you love right to your home. Whether you have questions about fit or want new looks for your new normal, our stylists are ready and available! Schedule your appointment today.
More try-on videos.
Since you are not able to come inside the store and personally try on our new arrivals, we are doing it for you. Whether it's by myself or one of our stylists or models, we want to give you even more details on the fit and fabric. It is also our goal to provide outfit inspirations so you can have so many ideas of how to style our favorite items. (Check out our new arrivals.)
Local curbside pickup and free shipping on orders $75+ in the U.S.
It's important that our customers can receive their order in the most convenient way possible. For our local customers, you can choose "in-store pickup" at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready. When you arrive, just give us a call and we'll bring the purchase to your car. If you are long distance or cannot stop by, you can have your purchased shipped. Any order over $75 gets free shipping. Otherwise, we have a $7 flat-rate shipping fee.
Increasing online inventory.
We have increased our online inventory. Before the pandemic, we had smaller gift items that were in-store only. We have photographed and updated our online inventory to reflect what we have in-store. This makes shopping with us much easier.
Eccentrics Boutique has been here before the pandemic, and we will be here after. We may have to change some of our business practices, but we are still here for our customers. Every online order we receive during this time lifts our spirits. You give us hope that we will make it through.
