Shipping is $7 flat rate for all online purchases under $75. We only ship to the United States. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, International countries, as well as P.O. Boxes.

In store pickup is available to our local customers. Just check local pick up when placing your online order. There is no shipping fee for in store local pickup.

Are all of your items on the website also in-store? No, some of our items are online exclusive items. This is noted on our product descriptions. Of course, if you are local, you can still order online and select in-store pick up.

Our preferred shipping provide is USPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our store. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

Are you required to have an account in order to place an order?
No, Feel free to check out as a guest. However, there are some perks to setting up an account. Once you have an account, your next checkout will be much speedier! You can also view past orders, and it will help you view the process of your current order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. Once your item is ready for pickup you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been completed. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at eccentricsboutique.com Make sure to add hello@eccentricsboutique.com to your contact list to ensure the confirmation and tracking emails arrive to your inbox safely. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT. If a shipment is refused, the customers is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Eccentrics Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
