Meet the Model: Jennifer Rich
Where are you from? How has that shaped who you are today?
I am from a small town called West Frankfort. Being from a small town in Illinois has molded me to appreciate life and opportunities more. Since there are not many opportunities around here, it has taught me that if you want to be something in this world you really have to work for it. I appreciate being from a small town.
Does fashion play a big role in your life? What is your favorite fashion trend right now?
Yes! If there is ever a reason to buy a new outfit, I am all for it! I like a lot of trends, but I really have a thing for simple and sexy pastels right now. I follow Lauren Bushnell on instagram and her blog. She is truly my inspiration when it comes to fashion. Eccentrics Boutique is my favorite place to shop because they are kind, they have a variety of different brands, and their Kendra Scott Collection, of course.
Do you have a favorite outfit that you modeled at Eccentrics?
Yes, I recently modeled the Long Lace Kimono with Dip-Dye Hem. This outfit was so fun and it really just felt like something I would pick out if I was shopping. It could be worn for a wedding, concert, date night, and girls' night, which is why I love it so much. I really like when I can wear an outfit for more than one event!
How would you define your personal style?
Sexy and trendy. I really like to stand out.

Do you have a beauty secret you wish to share?
Picking out a style that makes you feel confident is key. If you don't love it then it wasn't meant for you. If you do love it, buy it because you can't take your money with you when you leave this world! ;)
What is one thing no one would believe to be true about you?
I want to work for the FBI! Most people think I am super girly - and I definitely am - but I have a passion for being fearless. My determination to succeed in all my lifelong goals never stops. I am a girl that never gives up.
What kind of kid were you?
I was super girly. Makeup, cheerleading, dancing, and buying clothes has always been loves of mine since I was a little girl.
What is your life motto?

Where do you go to school? What is your area of study and why?
I attend Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. I will be a Master's student in Criminology & Criminal Justice, because I would like to work for the FBI.
What do you do for a living? Do you love it?
Currently, I am a student at SIU, and I will be a grad assistant in the fall. During the summer, I am working at a cute little ice cream shop in West Frankfort called Shaykis Big Dipper. I also volunteer as an assistant cheerleading coach at Frankfort Community High School. I also get the privilege to model for Eccentrics Boutique and it is so fun!
What kind of food do you love?
My two favorites would be Subway and any type of Mexican food!
What does a typical day off look like for you?
During the week I work, workout, help with cheer team, occasionally model, and hangout with friends. On weekends, I hang with my boyfriend, work, or go and see my puppies that live at my boyfriend's mom's house
First thing you do when you wake up?
Check my phone.
Last thing you do before you go to bed?
Brush my teeth.
What music is playing in your car right now?
My favorite artist would be Halsey.
How would you describe yourself in three sentences?
Jennifer Rich is a ball full of energy.

Do you have any pets?
Yes, two Yorkies: Fiona and Winston.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Working for the FBI and starting a family.
