Pandemic time is strange. We can't keep track of the days. Thankfully, we've been sharing some ideas with each other on how to have the best days at home. So whether your quaranteam is your family or roommates, here are some of our favorite activities...
Give us some comfort food right now. Between baking bread, cookies, and cobblers, we are treating ourselves with all the good stuff. Jordan has been raving about her favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe and wanted to share with our customers.
1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
1 package of chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together (salt, baking soda, flour). Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
